ScrubThis was developed by a husband and wife team and is based on the needs of real health care professionals. Chris is an Emergency Room Registered nurse. As a result of feedback from customers and co-workers, ScrubThis is proud to offer top-of-the-line products.

Shipping Information
Orders are carefully packed by hand and shipped from our local ScrubThis facility.

Please allow 10-15 business days for shipment.  Add about 2-3 weeks for Plus Size and Tall Length orders. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by telephone or email. Custom Sizes by quotation.

The minimum shipping charge within the United States is $5.50.

Orders outside of the United States are ExWorks Factory, Citrus Heights, California USA, and all shipping charges are for the account of the buyer. By Special Quote only.

For Online Ordering through a Secure Server, we accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Please make check or money order payable to: ScrubThis.  Personal checks must be imprinted with name, street address and telephone number.  Without proper information, your order will be delayed while your check clears.

We do not accept C.O.D. (cash on delivery) orders. Please so not send Cash.

International Sales
At this time, we do not accept credit card orders from outside of the US; however, we will be doing so as soon as possible.  Please email us for particulars should you wish to order and pay by check, money order, or wire transfer.  

Terms of Sale:  ExWorks Citrus Heights, California, USA.  Prices are in US$.  We will consider payment by Irrevocable Letters of Credit for large orders or wire transfers prior to shipment. Please contact us for further information.

Sales Tax
California residents will be charged a 7.5% sales tax on purchases.

Ordering Options
Online Order are Secure because of our use of latest technology in credit card protection .  However, we will be happy to process your order in other ways should you be more comfortable ordering by Regular Mail, or FAX.

You can use the Online Ordering System to obtain a Form or Print out the Online Flyer (which has an Order Form printed on it).

Select items from the Online Ordering System and add items to your Shopping Cart.  When you are ready to complete the order, click the "Checkout" button.
Choose the option, "Offline Ordering via fax or postal mail."  Enter your email and click on "Display Order Form."

1.	The system will show your total order on the screen. Click on your browser’s "Print" button (usually at the top of your screen). This form will be used for FAX of Mail
2.	Either FAX or Mail the order FAX (credit card only) FAX orders are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Returns and Exchanges
ScrubThis is committed to providing high quality medical attire.  We guarantee our products to be of superior workmanship and design.  We will gladly replace your purchase or refund your money if you are not satisfied for any reason.  We only ask that you return items within 15 days of receipt.

We take extra care to inspect and package our products for shipment; however, if the item to be returned was delivered in damaged condition, please call (1-916) 799-4977 or email us for further instructions.  Be sure to include your telephone phone number and address on the email form.

Should you need to return an item to us for any other reason, please follow the instructions below to make the return transaction as smooth as possible:

1. If possible, return the item in the original shipping carton with all original packaging material.
2. Place the shipping document INSIDE the carton along with a note which explains the reason for returning the merchandise.
3. Seal the package well.
4. When returning merchandise by USPS or UPS, please insure the package for the value of the merchandise and keep the receipt until the transaction has been completed.
